1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the landing pages, enquiry forms, and related digital properties operated by iNCUBE8 Education Pvt. Ltd. (“iNCUBE8”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for the purpose of course enquiries and admissions information.

By submitting an enquiry form on any iNCUBE8 advertising landing page, you confirm that you:

Are at least 18 years of age, or are a minor acting with the consent and knowledge of your parent or lawful guardian
Have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy
Agree to be bound by these Terms

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not submit your information. These Terms apply to all users who interact with iNCUBE8 through our digital advertising channels, regardless of the device or platform used.

2. About iNCUBE8 Academy

iNCUBE8 Academy is a vocational career training institute located in Goregaon West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We are India’s only Houdini-certified training centre, backed by Fractal Picture Studio. We offer skill-based training programmes in:

Visual Effects (VFX)
3D Animation
Motion Graphics
Game Design, and more

Our programmes are delivered by industry professionals in a small-cohort format designed to develop practical, industry-ready skills in the creative media sector.

3. Nature of Our Services

3.1 Skill-Based Training

iNCUBE8 provides skill-based vocational training. Enrolment in any iNCUBE8 programme is for the purpose of skill development only. It does not constitute, and should not be interpreted as, an offer or guarantee of employment, freelance work, placement, salary, income, or any specific professional or financial outcome.

3.2 Enquiry and Lead Submission

Submitting your details through our lead generation form initiates an enquiry process. It does not constitute a formal application, confirmation of enrolment, or offer of admission. Admission to any programme is subject to seat availability, eligibility assessment, and formal registration.

3.3 Right to Modify Programmes

iNCUBE8 reserves the right to modify, update, or restructure course content, curriculum, programme duration, batch schedules, mentor assignments, delivery formats, and other programme details at any time, with reasonable prior notice to enrolled or prospective students. Such changes do not constitute a material breach of any representations made in our advertising.

4. Communication Consent

By submitting your contact details through any iNCUBE8 enquiry form or lead generation advertisement, you expressly and voluntarily consent to being contacted by iNCUBE8 Academy, its authorised representatives, and its digital marketing partners through one or more of the following communication channels:

Opt-out requests will be actioned within 5 working days. Opting out does not retroactively affect the validity of any communications sent prior to your request.

By providing your contact details and submitting the form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and belongs to you, and that you have not submitted it on behalf of a third party without their knowledge and consent.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

iNCUBE8 Academy makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee, express or implied, regarding:

Employment, placement, or job opportunities following completion of any programme
Specific salary, income, freelance earnings, or financial outcomes
Career advancement, promotion, or recognition within any industry
The speed of skill development or timeline to industry readiness
The equivalence of our programmes to formal academic degrees or government-recognised diplomas
Industry conditions, job market availability, or hiring trends at any future date

All artwork, animations, visual effects sequences, 3D renders, motion graphics, and other creative work displayed on our landing pages, advertisements, and marketing materials are shown for illustrative and inspirational purposes only. They do not represent the guaranteed, typical, or expected output of students enrolled in our programmes. Some creative content in our advertising may be AI-generated or derived from past student or industry portfolio work; it does not imply that your personal output will be similar.

Past student success stories, testimonials, and placement outcomes represent individual experiences and exceptional cases. They are not representative of typical or average student results. Results are not typical and should not be interpreted as a promise or prediction of your personal professional outcomes.

For the avoidance of doubt: iNCUBE8 Academy is a training institute. It is not a placement agency and makes no guarantee of employment assistance or job placement.

6. Voluntary Action and No Coercion

All actions taken by users in connection with iNCUBE8’s advertising and enquiry process — including visiting our landing pages, submitting enquiry forms, requesting more information, or choosing to enrol in a programme — are taken entirely of the user’s own free will and informed judgment.

iNCUBE8 does not use high-pressure sales tactics, create false urgency, make misleading scarcity claims, or exploit personal vulnerabilities in its advertising or communications. Any reference to batch availability or seat limits in our advertising reflects genuine operational constraints and is not intended to coerce or unduly pressure any individual into making a hasty decision.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on iNCUBE8’s landing pages, advertisements, and marketing materials — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, videos, animations, logos, programme names, and course descriptions — is the intellectual property of iNCUBE8 Education Pvt. Ltd. or is used under licence from respective rights holders.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, publicly display, or use any such content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Creative work attributed to past students shown on our platforms remains the intellectual property of those individuals, shared with their express consent for illustrative purposes only. Such work may not be reproduced, used commercially, or presented as your own work.

8. User Conduct

By using our landing pages or submitting our enquiry forms, you agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or third-party contact information without consent
Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our landing pages or related systems
Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of our pages or forms
Use any automated tool, bot, or script to submit enquiry forms or interact with our pages
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

iNCUBE8’s landing pages and their content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, iNCUBE8 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iNCUBE8 Academy and its directors, employees, contractors, mentors, and marketing partners shall not be liable for:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your reliance on information in our advertisements or landing pages
